How are the icons delivered after purchase?

You'll be able to download the set immediately after purchase. You'll also receive an order confirmation email with links to the download area. If you can't find the email back in the future and need to download them again, contact us.

I wasn’t able to download the items in my order. What should I do?

If something happens during your download, you can start over and click the "Download" button again. Also, check to make sure that your browser isn't blocking the download. It comes packaged as a zipped file. There is a limit to how many times you can click the "Download" button. If you reach that limit, contact us and we can reset it for you.

Will I get a receipt after purchase?

Yes, you'll receive a separate email with your receipt.

How long is the refund period and how do I request a refund?

You can request a full refund at any point within the refund period, no questions asked. The refund period is 15 days. The refund period starts once you’ve completed your purchase.
To request a refund, you can use our contact form and provide the email address you used when purchasing.

Can I buy a single icon?

No, at this time we only offer the full set.

Can we hire you for custom icon requests or changes?

We’d like to help out, but at this time we’re not accepting custom icon requests or changes since we’re focusing our efforts on improving the set and working on more icons for it. You’re welcome to send us suggestions and feedback using our contact form.
